Jeff McNally is a  Associate Professor at University of New Brunswick in Canadá. Jeff’s research interests revolve around examining the types, investments in, and the outcomes of the relationships that people have with their work and/or learning organizations as exchange partners.  He is one of the projects leads of the Entrepreneurship Education Evaluation (EEE). He has published in such journals as Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship & Regional Development  and  Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies.   Jeff was awarded the UNB Merit Award in 2017, the FBA Excellence in Research Award in 2016 and, also in 2016, the Emerald Citations of Excellence Award for the meta-analysis article in the Journal of Business Venturing.
